Terms & Conditions:

- Points cannot be redeemed for cash, and can only be earned through direct purchases from Kaleido's official online store & physical stores.
- Points are not awarded based on postage costs.
- Upon usage, each points are considered spent and will be deducted from the total balance.
- Points will expire 12 months from date of issue. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained for expired points.
- Kaleido reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
